In addition to his legal and educational pursuits, Fidel is a successful businessman and a committed social entrepreneur. He has played a pivotal role in executing solidarity housing projects for low-income families, working closely with government programs and various Hindu NGOs. His dedication to improving the lives of underserved communities is a testament to his deep commitment to social justice and human rights.

Francisca Ramirez Aquino i is a dedicated and compassionate professional with experience in caregiving and personal assistance. In her role, she is committed to providing top-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and independence. She carefully prepares and maintains detailed records of client progress and the services performed, promptly reporting any changes in their condition to her manager or supervisor. 

Francisca goes above and beyond to assist clients with their communication needs, whether it involves typing correspondence on their behalf or obtaining important information. Her responsibilities also extend to performing various housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, washing clothes or dishes, and running errands to meet the daily needs of her clients.

In addition to these tasks, she is skilled in administering bedside and personal care, including assistance with ambulation and personal hygiene. Her dedication to his clients' physical and emotional well-being makes her a reliable and trusted caregiver.

Joshua Malayi is a graduate of the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Technology. With a diverse skill set and a broad range of experiences, Joshua has established himself as a professional with extensive practical knowledge in web design, project management and development, and strategic planning. His strong communication and coordination abilities, coupled with a senior-level understanding of youth development, make him a valuable asset in any organisation.

Joshua's career began at Mo-farm Fresh Fruit Exporters, where he gained significant experience in the agricultural sector. His work there provided him with a solid foundation in understanding the intricacies of the agriculture industry. Building on this experience, Joshua transitioned into the field of web design and consultancy, where he currently serves as a web design consultant with Kasrimweb. in addition to his consultancy work, Joshua is an active board member of the Transition Initiative Kenya, where he plays a critical role in guiding the organisation's strategic direction and initiatives. His involvement in this capacity reflects his commitment to youth development and his passion for creating opportunities for young people to thrive.

Joshua also serves as a technical assistant with AECS in Indonesia, where he applies his skills in project management and development to support the organisation's various initiatives. His work in Indonesia highlights his versatility and ability to adapt his expertise to different cultural and professional contexts.
